Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided at no charge to the doctor in the community. Accommodation can vary from a three bedroom house to a two bedroom duplex or demountable, and are fully selfcontained and usually situated close to the clinic.
Families can join the junior doctor for full term placements if suitable accommodation is available. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the appropriate supporting documentation required by ACRRM.
Accommodation is not provided for urban placements.
NTGPE funds all travel costs associated with a Junior Doctor placement.
