Dr Erin Bryce is a general practitioner based in Warrnambool. She completed her FRACGP in 2010, and has previously completed a DRANZCOG (2008), Australian Dermatology Diploma (Australian Institute of dermatology -2009) and Graduate Certificate of Mental Health (New South Wales Institute of Psychiatry-2013). In 2016 she will work towards a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education (Flinders University). Within NTGPE her main roles are to coordinate the small group learning program (SGL), deliver SGL for the Katherine GP registrars, work continuous improvements within NTGPE’s online learning platform myGPcommunity, do ECTVs and deliver at NTGPE’s registrar and supervisor workshops. Her areas of special interest are IT resources for medical education, mental health, women’s health and Indigenous health. She completed her GP training in the Northern Territory and has worked there for a number of years. |

Bio: Current role – Medical Educator Previous roles held – Bronwyn has a background in research, publishing in the areas of Environmental Health and Health Workforce provision in rural and remote areas. She was the driving force in developing a program to consider the role of the social determinants in the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, in the early 2000s. This resulted in a comprehensive textbook that is widely used in university courses throughout Australia and has opened up discussion in the wider community. Medical interests/areas of expertise – she maintains an ongoing interest in public health and the role of policy in the delivery of health care in Australia. Recently, she has been developing skills in dermatology and is passionate about improving the image of general practice as an essential specialty that embraces holistic care and excellence in a broad spectrum of disciplines. Responsibilities: Bronwyn is involved in the writing and facilitation of SGL as well as editing educational resources. She develops materials and coordinates the face to face assessment of registrars and has a role in registrar supervision and written assessment. |

Responsibilities: Currently doing project work (IGPRN), supporting SGL, working with CE team and hope to eventually conduct ECTV’s.
