Moil Medical Centre has three consulting rooms, one nurse’s room, and an emergency treatment room.
The main equipment consists of an autoclave, nebuliser, oxygen with resuscitation and an ECG machine.
A fully equipped doctor’s bag is kept ready for emergencies outside.
The medical centre has facilities to carry out electrocautery and liquid nitrogen treatments and excision of skin lesions. The Practice Nurse conducts medical checks, assists in Care Plans, advises on Travel Health and provides immunization services.
For GP registrars, a teaching session is allocated once a week in addition to ongoing daily teaching and support.
