Mobile office
NTGPE runs regular mobile office trips throughout the NT. As the name suggests, the NTGPE office becomes mobile and heads to four main regions in the NT; Darwin, Alice Springs, Gove and Katherine. NTGPE staff conduct various activities such as training post accreditation site visits, GP registrar ECTVs, face-to-face training advice meetings, pastoral care meetings with GP registrars and GP supervisors, practice manager information sessions.
Additionally staff will organise and deliver GP supervisor professional development workshops and networking opportunities for supervisors, GP registrars and practice managers.
NTGPE visit the regions twice per calendar year, changing the supervisor workshop content for each trip to offer a wide variety of professional development opportunities.

Foundation workshop
The GP supervisor foundation workshop is a mandatory workshop for all newly accredited GP supervisors and those new to supervision with NTGPE.
It can also be used as a refresher for supervisors who are returning to supervision after a break, or those wanting to brush up on their basic supervisory skills. The program includes sessions on formal and informal teaching, giving feedback and registrar assessment.
